Was the indoor market . It was quite an experience .I have walked through many markets like this in Cambodia , Vietnam , and Haiti , to name a few , but each market has a flavor ( pardon the pun ) of its own. This market like all the others had its red meat and cow brains , and overflowing stalls with any food that you could desire. But In Peru , I noticed that the people were dignified amid the chaos and were lay back. It was clearly the hub of the city , I bought some excellent Machu Picchu chocolate and called it a day , I am grateful for my refrigerator at home as the food in it is predicable .
